This series is designed as a Camless multipurpose spring forming machine with Window XP basis controller. AT-M series has 13 basic servo axes and additionally, servo cutter, servo spinner and air jaw to hold and turn spring, can be equipped as an option. These special options make machine to produce high precise spring forming parts and produce various extension spring without 2nd hook. Moreover, X1 and X5 slides can be adjustable its angles (+/-25degree) width individual servo motor. These features of AT-M series offer customers reduce setup time greatly and make easy spring forming setup and make machine more versatile with exceeding traditional cam forming machine.
